This offering is a gift from to the community and it has grown so beautifully. It’s an opportunity to connect with yourself, strengthen a mind-body connection, and learn about the beautiful philosophy of yoga.

You’ll find yourself breathing deeper during your day.
You’ll find more moments of Peace with where you are.
You’ll find small parts of yourself you may have buried deeply.

Class begins promptly at 6 pm, so do try to arrive a few minutes early to find parking and settle in. Simply sign in when you arrive and find a spot next to a new friend!
