Happy Mother's Day and
!!!! I know being a mom can be a little
thankless at times and just expected that you do a good
job(without a manual)... So I want to take this chance to
say, you guys are amazing. The schedules you juggle, the
fires you have to put out, the stretching of your heart in so
many directions, the messes to clean up, the sleep you
need, the prioritization of everyone but yourself...
_it's
amazing what you moms do. Thank you for raising kids
this world needs. I love you both so much!!!!

It's Cinco de Mayo!!!!!!! O
is hands down my pick for THE tastiest and
healthiest guacamole and dips on the market! Hass
avocados and clean ingredients make it taste so creamy
and fresh! Grab the spicy or classic chunky guac and their
amazing plant based queso and my favorite - Buffalo dip!
While you're at it grab a couple extras, it's that good. th
is the greatest!

danicapatrick I wish I could of told this 32 year old girl
that b***s won't make you more perfect or have it all or
be more feminine.
These were my reasons and to me these narratives are the
problem. Implants just feed into it. Culture feeds into it.
Social media feeds into it. Filters feed into it. Unhealed
trauma feeds into it.
The work is always an inside job. The real question is -
how can I do the emotional work to see mvself as perfect,
having it all, and feminine? When we do that, we won't
seek outside validation or a way to get it.
The world is just a mirror to show us where we are not
healed.
Super grateful to be feeling better so quickly. To be clear,
the transparency of the dangers of implants are an issue. I
also understand that mastectomy's require options.
However, all I'm saying is, if we don't have an insecurity
issue... any potential risk or danger go away.

This is a hair story, one I again feel
hesitant to share because it makes me insecure, but it
needs to be shared. As you can see even as a baby, I have
some luscious locks! ©️ However, as you swipe through
the photos you will see what happened..
I blamed age
9. Really?! Starting at 33? It was my breast implants.
See for yourself one of the many side effects the level of
toxicity foreign objects have on the body.
Anyone that knows me knows I love long hair and always
ask to cut the MINIMAL amount. I think I scare
hairdressers. So the shortening is a result of breakage
and I am guessing a hault of growth. I did not notice
clumps come out like other people have from Bll. I have
also have been growing it out since may of 2020.

I wasn't sure I was ready to share this....
but then I remembered that true vulnerability is sharing
something you're not really ready to. So here it is.
I got breast implants November of 2014. I got them
because I want to have it all. I was really fit, but I didn't
have b***s. So I got them. Everything went well, and I
was happy with them.
Fast forward about 3 years to early 2018, and I noticed
that my hair was not as healthy and was breaking off. I
also gained a few pounds and had no luck losing it.
Then fast forward to late 2020.... and the wheels came
off. I had cycle irregularity, gained more weight, my hair
wasn't looking healthy at all and my face was a different
shape (weird I know). So I went down the rabbit hole to
figure it out. I did every test that could be done. Here is
my list of symptoms and out of range medical tests
-hypothyroidism
-heavy metal toxicity
-dysbiosis, 10/10
-severe leaky gut
-hypoglycemic
-low estrogen, DHEA, testosterone, magnesium, white
blood count, vitamin D, and progesterone
-adrenal fatigue, no AM cortisol spike
-elevated CRP (inflammatory marker)
-temperature sensitivity
-swollen lymph nodes in my neck
-dry scalp/skin
-weird perspiration smell sometimes
-easy to get dizzy
-achy hands from time to time
-face swelling
-weight gain
-capsular contracture (they were both folded from the
amount of scar tissue)
-hair loss

I had them removed on Wednesday. The picture is a snap
shot of a couple hours before and a couple hours after.
Within hours after surgery this is what I noticed - my face
had more color and less dark circles (no food before the
second pic), my face started producing oil again, I could
take a 30% deeper breath into my chest already, and I had
so much energy when I woke up (and surgery was at
230pm).
