Going forward, if your deposit and/or appointment confirmation is not completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled service, your appointment will automatically be canceled.

I completely understand that life happens and emergencies come up! ❤️ I will always have grace when it comes to unexpected situations, but communication is a BIG thing for me. If I don’t hear from you and I don’t have your deposit/confirmation, I have no way of knowing if you’re actually planning to show up.

I also have other clients who may be waiting for an appointment, and if I have someone wanting that time slot, I’m going to give that spot to the person who is ready to confirm and book.

My time is valuable, and so is yours! This policy helps me keep my books organized, respect everyone’s time, and make sure I’m able to fill openings when they come available. 🤍

So please make sure you’re getting those confirmations and deposits taken care of at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid your appointment being canceled.

This cutie patootie client of mine (aka my baby cousin 🥹🫶🏽) wanted a little color refresh—just a wee bit darker and with less warmth!

I did let her know that because her natural base is naturally very warm, she may still see a touch of warmth in direct sunlight, but we got her exactly where she wanted to be! 🤎✨

And she even let me curl her hair… it lasted for approximately 2 seconds. 😂 💀
