We remember the firefighters, police officers, first responders, service members, and ordinary people who showed extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy.
25 years later, we still remember the heartbreak — but we also remember the strength, compassion, bravery, and unity that followed.

✨ BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
🫧 Come With Clean Lashes
Remove all makeup, oils & residue from your lashes and lash line before your appointment. Clean lashes = better adhesive bonding!
☕ Limit Caffeine
Caffeine can sometimes cause your eyes to twitch or flutter, making application more difficult.
🚫 Skip the Mascara
Especially waterproof mascara! It can leave behind residue that interferes with the adhesive bond.
✨ AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT:
🫧 Clean Your Lashes DAILY
Use a lash-safe foaming cleanser and a soft cleansing brush to remove makeup, oils, sweat & buildup. Clean lashes retain better!
😴 Be Mindful While Sleeping
Sleeping directly on your lashes can crush, twist or loosen extensions. Back sleeping is ideal when possible!
👀 Avoid Rubbing & Pulling
Try not to pick, rub or play with your extensions—it can cause premature shedding and damage your natural lashes.
🪄 Brush Gently
Use a clean spoolie to keep your lashes fluffy and in place. No aggressive or excessive brushing!
🔥 Be Careful With Excessive Heat
Ovens, saunas, steam and very hot blow dryers can affect your extensions. Keep your lashes away from direct high heat.
