Looking to see if any of our clients have a Handyman/contractor type of service. We need to get this AC installed and I cannot do this on by myself.

Hello Everyone.. I just wanted to share this with all of our I&T friends and family. As you know this last year saw some changes, but we are still the same shop at the core. One thing that I love and brought into the shop is BMX (check out the vintage GT performer hanging on the wall) We (me and my son) love everything about bicycles especially BMX racing.

Not many people know about this but Long Island is home to one of the best BMX racing facilities in the country. It's a little hidden Gem out in Shoreham (East & North). It's an absolute blast, and something the entire family can enjoy. Kids as young as 2 years old and kids in their 60's who are still racing line up at the gates every week.

This Sunday is an "Open House" where you can come check out the track and take some laps throughout the day. If you or your kids have any interest in BMX please come try this out. It can be a once in awhile fun thing to do, or it can consume your every min. There is a place on the starting gate for everyone.

For the older folks (40+) dust of those old converse, stretch, watch Rad (The Movie) a few times, , did i say stretch yet?, dust off that old redline and get out there.

I hope to see some of our Iron and Tread - Barber Shop and Shave Parlor friends there on Sunday!
