That’s how much solid beauty waste our salon recovered in 2025 as a proud partner of Green Circle Salons !👏
The foils, plastic, gloves, hair clippings… they’re all part of the story behind the beautiful hair we create everyday!
For us, the story doesn’t end when you leave the chair. Being a Green Circle Salon means being more thoughtful about what happens next by helping recover salon waste & keeping more of it out of landfills and waterways.
We’re incredibly proud of our team for making this part of how we do beauty at Capozzi & Co. because 343.5 lbs is one chapter. We can’t wait to see how many pounds of waste we recycle this year! 💚✨

Here in New York, September 11th will never feel like just another date on the calendar. 🇺🇸
For us at Capozzi & Co., honoring those who serve isn’t something we do once a year. It’s part of who we are.
For years, we’ve stood beside our veterans, first responders, service members, and their families. Through our involvement with the Salon Runway Project, we’ve proudly supported Tunnel To Towers Foundation Foundation for the past three events—a cause that means so much to our salon and our community.
Because 25 years later, we still remember the courage of those who ran toward danger when everyone else was trying to escape it. We remember the lives that never made it home. We remember the families who have carried that absence every day since.
And here on Long Island, those stories aren’t distant. They belong to our neighbors, our guests, our friends and our families.
Today, we honor them as we always have—not only with our words, but by continuing to show up for the people who serve and protect our communities.
25 years later, our gratitude has not faded.
Our commitment has not changed.
And we will never forget. 🇺🇸

For R.Anthony Capozzi , this salon has been decades of guests who became friends. Stylists who walked through the doors ready to learn and grew into incredible artists. A community that has supported this salon through every season—and a career that still manages to surprise and inspire.

You can spend 30 years building something and still walk into a room curious. Still get excited by someone else’s creativity. Still come home with a notebook full of ideas and think, wait until the team sees this.
And maybe that’s part of the secret to lasting this long.
Capozzi & Co. has changed a lot over the years, but the heart of it hasn’t. Take your craft seriously. Take care of your people. Share what you know. Stay curious. And never become so comfortable that you forget how exciting it is to grow.
We’re proud of what’s been built in Sayville.
But somehow, after a weekend like this, we’re even more excited about what hasn’t been built yet.

At the Behind The Chair Show 2026 🎬✂️!
Back in the room where ideas are moving, techniques are evolving, and the next chapter of our industry is being created.
From real-world blonding to an intensive haircut breakdown, I’ve spent the first two days watching, learning, asking questions and taking it ALL in.
After 30 years behind the chair, I still believe the same thing: you never arrive. You keep learning. And when I come to events like this, I’m not just here for me—I’m looking for what I can bring back to our team and ultimately, our guests at Capozzi & Co.
Two days down in Fort Lauderdale… and I’m not done yet! First full day is today. I couldn’t be more excited!

Before every haircut, there’s a story…
After a perm in January left this guest’s hair severely compromised, she was DONE with the way it looked and felt. She came to Nataly ready to let go of the damaged hair but she didn’t want to feel like she was simply cutting it all off.
She wanted a transformation! ✂️✨
