If funding disappears:
❌ Students lose access to education
❌ Schools may be forced to close
❌ Professional staffing shortages grow
❌ Unlicensed work becomes a real risk

⚠️ The formula behind this rule does not reflect the reality of our industry. It ignores self-employment, measures earnings too early, undervalues career growth, and assumes traditional full-time work.
