Hi there! I wanted to talk a little bit about myself and why I started Holistic Hope and Healing.

I’m a Holistic Health and Behavioral Coach. I help clients navigate their way back to health using nutrition as medicine. I don’t just help people heal their body, but also their mind, and spirit.

After suffering for years with debilitating chronic illness, I found my way back to health using alternative medicine. I will spend the rest of my life helping others do the same!

The information that has resonated with me the most over my years of studying and implementing alternative medicine modalities, is information written by Anthony William, Medical Medium. This is the information I use to help my clients heal. The healing results have been PROFOUND!

My specialty is on chronic illness, unique behavior, and exceptional children. I have years of experience working as a Behavioral Therapist for children who have special needs. Sadly, therapy alone, is not enough in helping these children. I’m here to bridge that gap.

During a Health Coaching session, I focus on finding root causes. I then recommend specific healing herbs, wild foods, fruit, vegetables, and natural supplements. In addition to this, I offer emotional and spiritual support in navigating your way back to health.

Soon, I will be offering healthy cooking classes for children. All children will be welcome, but the healing foods offered will be extremely beneficial to children who suffer with conditions such as: Autism, Anxiety, Depression, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, OCD, and more!

I just wanted to say hi to all my clients. I miss you! I understand that your hair might be driving you crazy but this is not a time you want to experiment because no one is available to fix your experiment!

I hope you and your families are all doing well considering the circumstances. We have to just try and see the good in all of this..the extra time with families, the break from always running, our earth getting a much needed break from pollution, a time for revival, a time for self love and possibly a time to start new resolutions.

If you are struggling in any way my thoughts and prayers are with you. If you or your family member is ill or you have lost a family member my thoughts and prayers are with you. I stand with you all. We will get through this together.
