🌟 We are proud to share a milestone in Kaaral’s history: our certification as a B Corporation.
To mark this achievement, we asked our CEO, Nicola Vitulli, to share his reflections in a short interview.

Q1. Nicola, what does becoming a B Corp mean to you—personally and as a leader?
A1. “It feels like bringing our family values into the public square. My family taught me that business is a promise: to customers, to the people who make the products, and to the place we call home. B Corp turns that promise into measurable commitments—and we’re proud to be held accountable.”

Q2. Was there a moment in this journey that moved you the most?
A2. “The day I told our team that we received the certification. I looked around and saw chemists, line operators, designers—people who usually don’t sit in the same room—smiling because their everyday choices now had a recognized impact. That sense of shared purpose is unforgettable.”

Q3. Many certifications exist. Why this one?
A3. “Because it asks us to look at everything—how we treat workers, where our ingredients come from, how we power our plant, how we speak to customers. It’s not a medal for a single project; it’s a compass for every decision, today and three years from now when we recertify.”

Q4. How will B Corp change the way a stylist or consumer experiences Kaaral?
A4. “They’ll feel it in the details: clearer claims, more responsible packaging, ingredients we can trace, education that respects the wellbeing of salon professionals. We want every product to carry not just performance, but also care—for people and the planet.”

Q5. What’s your promise to the community after this milestone?
A5. “To keep earning it. Certification is not a finish line; it’s the start of a more transparent conversation. We’ll share our progress openly, invite feedback, and partner with peers to raise the bar for professional beauty. Beauty should never be a compromise.”
