July Update! ✨
​This year has been absolutely crazy busy, especially July! We didn’t post much or get around to filming many videos last month 🙈, but we’re back and ready to bring you tons of new content this month! 🎥
​A huge highlight from last month: my daughter had her Quinceañera photoshoot! I wanted to share a quick video showing the hair and makeup we did for her big day. A massive shoutout to the super talented Deisy, who killed it on hair and helped me get her dressed! 💇‍♀️✨
​Also... shoutout to my daughter, who always makes my videos and photos look wild because she can never take her mom seriously 🤦‍♀️😂

Taking care of my clients all week long doesn’t leave me much time to take care of myself. Honestly, after a long day, all I want to do is curl up on the couch, put on a movie, and just relax. Finding the energy for a full self-care routine at the end of the day can be hard!
​If you didn't know, I deal with hormonal imbalances that cause breakouts on both my face and my back. Treating your own back is definitely a struggle, but luckily, I have the right tools to make it easier.
​So, here is my secret! ✨
​I bring some of my professional tools home with me. While I’m sitting on the couch relaxing, I’ll do a Light Therapy session on my face, neck, or back. If I have a little extra time, I’ll even do both! I love incorporating treatments that don't require me to get up. Every night looks a little different—some days it's light therapy, and other days it’s just a 15-to-20-minute mask.
​Tonight, I did a blue light therapy session for acne, and paired it with red light therapy to help soothe my back pain. I am always finding creative ways to pamper my skin, even when I’m feeling lazy!
