Como un salón basado en comisiones, cuando no nos llama para cancelar o no se presenta, no nos pagan. Cuando recibimos una cancelación de 24 horas o no se presentan en cualquier servicio, es casi imposible encontrar a alguien que ocupe ese lugar en tan poco tiempo. Entonces eso significa que ahora estamos sin ingresos. Agradecemos a CADA CLIENTE nuestro, y esperamos que entienda que este es nuestro trabajo y se tiene que hacer lo mejor para nosotros. Si NO SE PRESENTA a su servicio, se le cobrará el 100%. Eso significa que la próxima vez que desee volver a reservar, se le cobrará el saldo de los servicios de la cita anterior por no presentarse. Deberá realizar un depósito EN EFECTIVO, NO REEMBOLSABLE, del 50% para cualquier servicio futuro. **CUALQUIER SERVICIO QUÍMICO CANCELADO DENTRO DE LAS 24 HORAS DE LA CITA TAMBIÉN SERÁ SUJETO A FUTUROS DEPÓSITOS, SI CONSIDERAMOS QUE LA CANCELACIÓN NO SE CONSIDERA RAZONABLE**

Effective Tuesday, May 31st we will be implementing a cancelation policy. We know life happens, and we forget stuff. As a commission based salon when you don't call us to cancel or don't show up, we DO NOT GET PAID. When we get a 24 hour cancelation or no-show on any service, it's next to impossible to find someone to take that place on such short notice. So that means we are now out of income. We appreciate EVERY SINGLE CLIENT of ours, and hope that you understand that this is our job and have to do what is best for us. If you NO-SHOW you will be charged 100%. That means next time you want to re-book you will be charged the balance for services of previous NO-SHOW appointment and will be required to put a 50% NON-REDUNDABLE CASH deposit for any future services.
**ANY CHEMICAL SERVICES CANCELED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF APPOINTMENT WILL ALSO BE SUBJECTED FOR FUTURE DEPOSITS, IF WE DEEM CANCELATION NOT FIT**
