Ladies, ya gotta stop picking, tweezing, and injuring yourselves. Use your aftercare products to mitigate bumps, inflammation, and clogged pores. When it’s ready, I will extract it for you quickly and professionally. I know it’s hard, I know it’s sooooooo tempting but I hate seeing you pigment and scar yourselves from digging with tweezers and squeezing your skin to death. 🩷

Jennifer 🩷 the past week has been rough and today might be the hardest. Your appointment is scheduled for today at 2:30pm and I’ve been trying not to think about it but I cannot longer escape the inevitable: 2:30pm coming and going without you.

Jen, you were and will always be larger than life itself. I have admired you from day one. Your “watch me do whatever I want” mentality is inspiring, to say the least. I will take that with me wherever I go.

We will ALL miss the studio selfies and your proclamation of love for a waxed b***y 🍑 I figured there was no better way to honor you. You will be so deeply missed, my friend. 🩷

Here are only a few glimpses into a fraction of my favorite moments from these past 3 weeks. For 15 days I explored parts of Portugal and Spain including Lisbon, Sintra, Tavira, Sevilla, Córdoba, Ronda, Torremolinos, Gibraltar, Granada, Toledo, Madrid, El Escorial, Barcelona, and Montserrat. It feels silly to try to describe all the things I learned, the places I saw, the feelings I felt standing in some of these spaces with so. much. history.
Centuries upon centuries of history, some tragic, some triumphant, a lot just downright awful, and hard to comprehend.

After two weeks of a non stop action packed itinerary, I flew home, got a full blown allergic reaction from my travel pack deodorant 🙄, built a garden, got back in the gym, and even had some Frisbee kitty snuggles at my lash appointment today.

Thankful for this life I built. Living an answered prayer everyday.
