Practitioner Self-Care Sessions in Scottsdale — This Weekend
I’m a licensed aesthetician with more than 20 years of experience, Certified Yoga Therapist, E-RYT 500, Reiki practitioner, and longtime wellness professional. This weekend, I’m opening a limited number of reduced-rate appointments specifically for fellow practitioners who would benefit from time to receive.
September introductory rate: $35 for a 50-minute individualized session.

Additional appointments are available Friday, September 11.
Practitioners may reserve up to two introductory sessions during September at $35 each. If you reserve two, your second appointment may be another individualized self-care session or a Private Yoga Therapy Session.
Sessions are individualized and may incorporate restorative fascia work, acupressure, Reiki, mindful relaxation, and other supportive practices based on your needs and my professional scope.
Appointments are in Scottsdale and must be reserved and prepaid. Availability will be updated as appointments are reserved.

I had the privilege of working with an incredibly special couple in Italy on a recent expedition. The therapeutic value of working in an outdoor environment by the sea, and within the natural thermal springs of Negombo is like no other.
Bodywork, for me, is deeply focused and something that is not limited or defined by a particular technique. I understand it as an entirety, movement with a comprehensive-whole and very human connective engagement.
The body, the mind and the depth of an individual’s core consciousness can be involved and it is a present moment-to-moment experience.
A check-in rather than a check-out.
We, as humans, are directly involved in our entire experiences. We have affect and an effect on every aspect of our internal and external environment.
There truly it’s not a description for this work. It is an experience and I am privileged to work within this movement.
To all I have had the privilege of working with, thank you for warmly welcoming me into your world.
