When you book your appointment with me, you will immediately receive a booking link. It is very important that you open that link, complete the intake form, and carefully review all of the spray tan prep and aftercare instructions.

Lately, I’ve had several clients arrive unaware of the prep requirements, so I wanted to create this video as a friendly reminder that everything you need to know is sent to you as soon as your appointment is booked.

Your prep and aftercare play a huge role in how your tan develops, how long it lasts, and your overall results. Taking a few minutes to review the information beforehand helps ensure you get the best possible glow! ✨

COMMON SPRAY TAN MISTAKE 🚨

One of the biggest mistakes people make is showering right before their appointment because they think it’s the “cleanest” or “best” thing to do.

The truth? It’s actually best to avoid showering the same day as your spray tan whenever possible.

Here’s why👇

The active ingredient in spray tans, DHA (Dihydroxyacetone), works by reacting with the dead skin cells on the surface of your skin to create that beautiful bronzed glow. When you shower, scrub, shave, or heavily exfoliate right before your appointment, you can remove many of those dead skin cells, leaving less for the DHA to interact with.

For the best results:
✔️ Exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment
✔️ Complete shaving and waxing at least 24 hours prior
✔️ Avoid showering the day of your appointment if possible
✔️ Arrive with clean, dry skin free of lotions, oils, and deodorant

To ensure fairness for all clients and to protect appointment availability, a deposit is required to secure your booking. Appointment times are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.
