Hi, I’m Katherine — founder of Ember & Earth Bodywork. I specialize in therapeutic, sports, and recovery-focused bodywork designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with your body.
My approach combines deep tissue therapy, sports massage, cupping, mobility-focused techniques, and intuitive bodywork to create sessions that are both restorative and results-driven.
