I began taking dance classes and performing at about age 11. I danced throughout high school and danced on three performance teams at ASU. I graduated with my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance (Education) with an emphasis on teaching Dance Kinesiology. While in college, I began teaching dance classes AND practicing Yoga regularily. It has been FAR too long since I've posted! Everyone is still welcome to join me for some Yoga every Saturday at 10am and every Wednesday at 12:10pm at Club SAR in Scottsdale.

The nice weather will be back before we know it! Yay! As soon as it starts cooling down, I'll resume Sunset Yoga classes in the park. I'm open to week day and time suggestions. : )
