Simple Tip for healthy hair for every day! -From CNN this morning.
1: don't blow dry your hair with high heat directly top of your hair.-USE cold air to dry out and use heat to close hair cuticle.
2: don't use flat iron or curling iron everyday also, when your hair is damp.
3: don't comb your hair when hair is wet (70% more fragile)- IF you must comb it out, use big gab comb and gentle.
4:don't over use hair spry. -hair spry dry your hair out.
