I am now offering CIT, also known as Collagen Induction Therapy, Microneedling, or, as popularized on the internet, the Vampire Facial. It is best for repairing deep wrinkles and pitted scarring, especially from acne. Also, can improve stretch marks, congestion/large pores, and dark/age spots for the right candidates. In my opinion, it is the best option over chemical peels and botox or fillers. No downtime, the least pain, and the longest lasting results. Very excited about this! ❄ Perfect winter treatment. All organic. All natural.

Green Tea is my all time favorite ingredient for calming down redness and inflammation. If you are noticing a lot of break outs, try drinking at least a cup a day or looking for green tea in your skincare products. πŸ‘Œβ˜•

That's only $30 for facial. If you haven't tried it, why haven't you ??

A lot of people seem to be getting sick this week. Get some honey in your tea but also, if you're breaking out or feeling dry due to illness, try a honey mask. It's hydrating and antibacterial. β˜•

β€œStop Picking At Your Skin!”

Tips from an Anxious Skin Therapist

How often do people tell you to stop biting your nails? Pulling out your hair? Picking at your cuticles? All of of these are symptoms of anxiety/mental disorders. Even just writing this I’m finding it hard to stay away from picking at my split ends in my hair. The reason this even happens is because picking is a high stress reliever. It’s also a way to avoid an emotion or task that you unconsciously don’t feel like doing.

Here is how I stopped picking at my acne:

1. Tiny handheld mirrors. It sounds crazy but I never do my makeup in the bathroom anymore. The bathroom has good enough lighting that I could sit in there and pick at my face for hours. So I do my makeup with a handheld mirror. It's nice that I can only see a little bit of my face at a time.

2. Masking. Since keeping my hands busy is such a great stress reliever, instead of picking at my pimples I apply a face mask or a spot treatment over them. I decide to treat my skin instead of destroying it. Even knitting or something can distract your hands.

3. Meditating. I know not everyone can meditate. Being in your own head can be one of the scariest places to be if you are a sufferer of anxiety attacks, OCD, or anything of the sort. I can only do guided meditation. So there will be a person speaking to me and telling my mind where to go so my mind stays in a happy place. It may seem silly to some but it truly makes me happier even though it only takes 10 minutes out of my day.

I hope these tips helped because they definitely helped me. If you have any other tips leave a comment! I’d love to read them.

Oils can be fun and seem like they're hydrating to the skin, but you know what is the number one thing your skin needs above all else? A moisturizer.
Moisturizer has three very important ingridients that your skincare oil doesn't have: ceramides, fatty acids, and cholesterol. Living in Arizona I cannot stress how moisturizer is the first product I always reccomend to anyone.
STAY HYDRATED πŸ’§

Can you pick your favorite?

For me, it's always the chocolate mask 🍫

It was so exciting to get out of Arizona and experience some real fall weather. Fall means another thing: dry skin! Pumpkin may be trendy but it is also very hydrating. We have pumpkin facials all month long πŸπŸŽƒ

Facial Oils! My favorite oil right now is Safflower Oil. Low in comedegenic content and high in linoleic acid, meaning it is good for acne prone skin. Ask me about what oil is best for your skin type. DIY it!
