Our next event is tomorrow, Tuesday 3.31, and we would truly love to have you join us.

Ashley will be stepping into maternity leave soon (date TBD), so this is a beautiful opportunity to come tap in, connect, and breathe together as this could be our last for awhile.

As Ashley moves into this next chapter of motherhood, events will continue and we plan on holding these spaces with the support of other incredible facilitators leading the breathwork portion—alongside Jenelle’s usual love, sound magic, and grounded presence.

Ashley also plans to offer virtual sessions while away, along with a limited number of 1:1 in-person private sessions for those who feel called to stay connected and supported during this time.

It was so wonderful connecting with you all at the Reformed Pilates Women’s Day event a couple of weeks ago. We’re Ashley & Jenelle of Sounds Like Alchemy, and we’re still feeling so inspired by that space we shared.
