Strength Training and Boxing are my favorite ways to keep fit and mentally healthy. Letting go on the bag or getting lost in the flow of a combo clears my mind. I've also been taking advantage of those walks outside when I can, sunlight improves mood, greenery reduces cortisol and gives me an escape from the break room and any drama that comes with 💚😉.
