Sometimes it's hard for me to decipher between "am I just being lazy" and "my body is screaming for attention"

Tbh it's easy to get lost in the sauce of personal development.
1. Bc it's fn fascinating
2. Bc it can ironically become a great way to escape a current situation 😂

There's a fine balance between wanting to optimize your human experience, and always remembering that it is just that - A HUMAN EXPERIENCE.

With the ups and downs and everything in between

so where can you be curious and learn more about yourself while also giving grace for where you're currently at?

Literally that's it. Stop bein a scardeycat!

I think these self proclaimed gurus have gotten completely out of hand.

Unfort I had to learn discernment the expensive way, but I hope what what's going on lately people start to wake up and take back their sovereignty!!

As the phonies get exposed, there will be more room for the heart led leaders that do it for more than just the dollars
