Saturday spin was just another dance party with Keith on and off the bike and singing to the we**am. This is how a workout becomes fun! “One Energy” was strong and inspiring! I need to get the dance party on video but you never know when it’s going to break out!

ToBeRe Holiday Celebration 2020! What a huge success and great turnout! Fun was had by all! Special thanks to Cary Badal for all the planning and organizing and making it happen! Thank you to Lisa Khnanisho and www.trystcafe.com for the yummy box meals! We made it happen, safely, and everyone did their part by wearing masks. It was SO much fun to really see everyone! Another BIG thank you to Donna Fedor for taking all the pictures to document this amazing coming together of friends and family! And, finally, a special thank you to Keith Jones for keeping us connected and grounded in gratitude and kindness!

The two words that come to mind when I think of the ToBeRe community are Gratitude and Kindness. I am thankful for members and friends, past and present, who choose to be their best self and contribute to the lives of each other. You see everyone as a friend and welcome opportunities to be loving and inclusive. 2020 has been a unique year. With each new fork in the road, you practiced acceptance, rather than resistance, and found ways to stay connected, loving, and kind. When it was easier to become distracted and see others as enemies, you saw friends. When it was easier to be uncivil to your neighbor, you practiced loving kindness. Thank you for all the positive ways you show up for yourself, your loved ones, and our community. There are many ways to live this life.
