Just wrapped an incredible training at with diving deep into K-tip installation + customization—and wow. The intention, the detail, and the artistry behind everything completely shifted how I see extension work.
This isn’t just about adding hair. It’s about creating a seamless luxury installation that moves, feels, and looks like it grew that way so the wearer feels comfortable and confident every day.
Training like this isn’t cheap - it was $3K. I’m very intentional about what education I’m investing in - and this one was 1000% worth it. Grateful to keep learning, refining, and bringing elevated techniques back to my chair at .

Lately I’ve incorporated an anti-dandruff shampoo into my back bar and it’s made a world of difference for a lot of my clients - especially extension clients 🧜♀️.
Since extension clients go longer between shampoos, their scalp needs extra love, and the active ingredients in anti-dandruff shampoo help balance everything out. I’ll also incorporate it as a second shampoo for any clients complaining of dry scalp or flakes. Since starting this, clients have texted me a few days later asking what I did because their scalp feels so much better and their blowout is lasting even longer!

I know almost everyone knows my back story, but this trend seemed Iike the perfect way to tell it since it’s truly a defining point of my life.
A career change in my 30’s wasn’t easy by any means, but without it I wouldn’t have the life I have today. At the beginning, many people around me thought I was crazy to start anew - that hair should just be a side thing. Here’s a few tips for recovering your blowout after an intense workout:
✨ dry shampoo that cleans your hair like Air Wash (it’s the GOAT)
✨ leave in conditioner on mids to ends
✨ blow dry roots dry then smooth ends
✨ finish with a little more leave in conditioner +/or 2-3 DROPS of oil ( a little goes a long way!)
✨ at least once a month, use a clarifying shampoo and mask.
