Help me pick my fall lip shade! 🍂💋

ESW Beauty gifted me these three Fall Smoothie Lip Treatments, and I genuinely can’t decide which one is my favorite.

🎃 Vanilla Pumpkin — warm + cozy
☕️ Mocha Coffee — rich + chocolatey
🫐 Raspberry Açaí — pretty + berry

I love a lip product that gives you a little color while still feeling nourishing and hydrating on the lips.

Summer days by the pool = sunscreen, sunscreen, and more sunscreen. ☀️😂

With three kids, getting everyone covered before they jump in the pool can definitely be a little chaotic, but SPF is one step I never skip.

I’ve been using the MDSolarSciences KidSpray SPF 40 for their bodies and the Mineral KidCreme SPF 50 on their faces. I love having an easy spray option for their bodies and a mineral cream for their faces, especially when I’m trying to get three kids ready to head outside.

And clearly… getting them to stand still for sunscreen is the real challenge. 😂

I’m all about making sun protection an easy part of our everyday routine, so we can spend less time getting ready and more time enjoying the pool. 💦☀️

Another year older. 🤍

And the older I get, the more I realize that the things I once thought mattered… really don’t.

My circle has gotten smaller. My priorities have changed. I’ve become a little wiser, a lot more grateful, and so much happier celebrating the people I love than celebrating myself.

This weekend was the perfect reminder of that. Celebrating my boys, celebrating another year of life, spending time with family and friends, having lunch today, dinner with my husband, and making the kind of simple memories that I know I’ll look back on forever.

Being a mom to these three is the greatest gift of my life. Watching them grow, celebrating them, and getting to be their mom through all of it is something I’ll never take for granted. ❤️

I’m learning that a full life isn’t necessarily a busy one. It’s the little moments. The people who truly know you. The laughter around the table. The pool days. The birthday candles. The hugs. The memories.

So here’s to another year of growing, learning, loving harder, and appreciating the life I’ve built.

The days are long, but these years are so incredibly short. 🤍

One day, the pool days will look different. They’ll be more independent. They won’t need us quite as much. And as much as I know that’s the goal, a little piece of my mama heart wishes I could freeze time right here.

So for now, I’m saying yes to the pool, the splashing, the giggles, the “watch me!” and even the moments when I’m completely exhausted.
