My Personal Skincare & Treatment Routine 🤍

I get asked all the time what I personally use and what treatments I actually get done, so here’s my real lineup.

Cleansers:
My everyday cleanser is the Epionce Milky Lotion Cleanser — it’s gentle, hydrating, and perfect for maintaining the skin barrier. I rotate that with the SkinMedica AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser, which is honestly one of my top 3 skincare products of all time. It keeps skin smooth, bright, and clear without being overly harsh.

Moisturizer:
I use the Epionce Renewal Facial Cream and I’m currently on about my 5th jar of it. It’s rich, calming, and incredible for barrier repair.

Retinol:
I use SkinMedica Retinol a few nights a week to keep skin cell turnover strong and support collagen production.

SPF:
My personal favorite tinted SPF is EltaMD Tinted Sunscreen. I’ve tried a lot over the years, and this one is still my go-to. It gives just enough coverage while protecting the skin.

Treatments I personally do:

• Hydrafacials — especially living in Arizona where our skin gets so dehydrated. These are amazing for deep cleansing and hydration.

• SkinPen Microneedling — I’ve been doing this for wedding prep and love it for collagen building and overall skin texture. Demi is now offering this service in studio as well if anyone is interested.

• CO2 Laser — I’ve done two rounds for deeper resurfacing and collagen stimulation.

• Xeomin tox — my go-to for keeping things smooth while still looking natural.

Good skincare is always about consistency + the right treatments over time, not chasing quick fixes. These are the products and services that have worked best for me personally. 🤍
