If I had a dollar for every time someone told me (in office) that they only wear spf when they are going to “be in the sun.” Cummulusun exposure is REAL. Be sun smart people. And it’s a total myth that just because you are darker completed or tan that you cannot get skin cancer.

Apply spf DAILY and reapply every 60-80 min if you ARE going to “be in the sun!” Stay in shade when possible and wear a hat.
