Products will begin to be made once the full amount is received. Turn around time is 3-5 days and may be longer around holidays. Please if you have an order that you need for a certain day, be sure to place it keeping the 3-5 day turnaround in mind. There are no refunds available on scrubs not picked up. Unfortunately I had a huge incident that caused me to have to discard several dozen oils! This has set me back tremendously on top of shipping times being delayed. My sincere apologies to all of my customers with orders. Due to this, currently coffee cake, and apple pie body scrubs and oil will not be available until further notice. I will add Maple Pecan to the Fall list instead. Thank you for your understanding.
