Longer days, sunshine, vacations, evenings outside, and hopefully a little more time to slow down and take care of yourself.

Summer always feels like a fresh start, and June is the perfect time to check in with yourself and your wellness.

Whether you’re dealing with tight shoulders, tired legs, stress, or simply need a moment to breathe, I’m here for you.

We’re looking for an independent fitness instructor to join our wellness CO-OP

If you teach mat Pilates or a slow stretch fitness class and are passionate about helping others feel stronger, healthier, and more connected, we’d love to hear from you.

Our spa offers a peaceful, welcoming environment, and we’re excited to partner with someone who shares our heart for wellness and community.

This is a wonderful opportunity for an instructor looking to grow their business in a beautiful space alongside other health and wellness professionals.

📍 We’ll be moving into our brand-new location in August/September, and we’re excited to expand our offerings for the Seaford community.
