Hey friends! For those who don’t know me, my name is Lesli Hudelson, and I’m the proud owner & instructor here at The Bar Beauty & Ink and BAR INK ACADEMY! ✨

I’m so incredibly passionate and in love with what I do, and one of my greatest joys is being able to share that passion with others who are aspiring to become artists themselves. ❤️

My journey began in esthetics in 2016, and I quickly found my way into permanent cosmetics in 2017. It didn’t take long for me to realize that this wasn’t just a career—it was my purpose.

After years of continued education, hands-on experience, and 11+ certifications in a wide variety of permanent makeup techniques, I decided in 2023 to take another leap of faith and open BAR INK ACADEMY.

Three years, six classes, and countless hours of teaching later, I’m incredibly proud to say that I have helped graduate 25+ artists right here in Arkansas, all through the Arkansas Department of Health. 🙌🏼✨

There is honestly nothing more rewarding to me than watching someone discover their talent, build their confidence, and fall completely in love with this career the same way I did.
