When Covid hit I had just made plans to open a second location. It has now been nearly a year since looking at the new space. This year has brought many things to the forefront of our lives . We were shaken. Our individual and social lives had to be completely reconstructed. We decided to push through and still open the new Spa in Seaside.
During the shut down I feared losing the the salon I have had for over 12 years at that time. As a small business owner I was forced to close my doors. And because I had only myself as an employee I didn’t qualify for any help.
Since reopening we have had to follow many strick safety and health guidelines to be able to remain open. We were not able to double book anymore and had to space out our appointments due to sanitation. Although this was not an easy thing to do it has made me look at the way I had taken appointments before . If anyone knows me they know I’m a work horse. Running a million miles a minute to please every client. But I was killing myself.
The new guidelines were exactly what I needed to get the balance back in my life I had lost. While preparing to open the Seaside location I found myself questioning my decision in opening another salon, but knew that I was doing what I was suppose to be doing. I knew I was suppose to be opening Allure Spa and Wellness.
What I didn’t know at the time was opening Seaside was leading the way for me to close Warrenton. I pondered for weeks trying to find a way to keep Warrenton open in fear that closing somehow made me a failure. I reached out to a local salon so that if I did need to close Warrenton I would still have a place for my Warrenton clients. I have always tried to be as accommodating as possible and was reminded that day I was not a failure and that I needed to do what was best for me and most of all my family. What would be best would to close shop and work at one location in Seaside.
Allure Warrenton helped me to provide for my family for the last 13 years. We change and we grow into the people we were meant to be . It only makes since that my business needs to change and grow and that is exactly what we have done. I’ve prepared and have set my schedule to work better for my family, working 6 days a week isn’t going to work for me anymore. Over the past few weeks we have worked hard at putting a wonderful team of very talented individuals together where we can all learn and thrive together. At times like this it has felt really good coming together to support one another. Allure Spa and wellness was just what I needed in my life. Part of me is still sad but the other is full of excitement with what we have created.
We will be officially closing our doors to Allure Salon and Spa Warrenton January 30th 2021.

We are happy to announce the opening of Allure Spa and Wellness 615 Broadway suite 201 Seaside Oregon.

Our Mission at Allure Spa and Wellness is to inspire each other each and every day that we may grow and learn to balance the lives we lead. We believe that in order to help others we must first help ourselves. Through this adventure and journey in life we will learn to grow heal laugh cry and find inner peace with in ourselves.
