DECEMBER1, 2022: NEW CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand life happens and that reservations need to be adjusted. In order to best serve all our
guests, our cancellation policy will include the following changes effective December 1, 2022:
•We ask that any reservation changes, reschedules, or cancellations be done 24 hours prior to your
appointment.
•If a reservation is changed, rescheduled, or canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you
will be charged 50% of the service price.
• If we do not hear from you, and you miss the appointment, you will be charged for the entire service.
•A credit card or debit card will be required to make a reservation
