My typical *Sunday* night skincare routine! Since I got so many products from Walgreens, I'm still figuring out a balance on how to use both my drugstore and professional products.

🧼 Double cleanse: Image Ormedic balancing facial cleanser, followed by Vital C hydrating facial cleanser. I don't usually wear makeup on Sundays, but if I do, my first cleanse would be a more oil-based cleanser.

💆🏻‍♀️ Mask: I absolutely LOVE masks. Tonight's choice is NewYorkBiology's dead sea mud mask infused with turmeric oil.

🌝 Toner: A simple hydrating toner, like this one from CeraVe. Please don't hate on me lol 🥺

👁️ Eyes: Tonight I'm using Image Vital C hydrating eye recovery gel.

💧 Serums: Only using two for tonight; Seoul Ceutical's day glow serum with hyaluronic acid, and L'Oreal bright reveal niacinamide.

✨ Treatment: I use prescription tretinoin every night to control my acne.

🌷 Moisturize: Tonight's choice is No7 Future Renew Damage Reversal night cream!

🫦 Lips: Of course, Laneige sleeping mask in vanilla!

🫧 This gentle foaming cleansing oil from La Roche-Posay did not disappoint! It left my skin refreshed without that squeaky stripped feeling. Definitely a new favorite to my nightly regimen. Also peep my filter baby!

It's great for dry to very dry skin, and suitable for babies as young as two weeks as well!

Late to the game but happy 2024 ya'll! After a hectic last week of 2023 and the first week of 2024, things in my life are becoming more stable and I had some time for rest and reflection.

These are my recommended ins and outs of 2024 - quite a few of them I'm working on personally!

✍🏻 Daily journaling: I've been journaling everyday since last November and it has completely changed my life! If your mind races a lot, I would start with a "brain dump" journal where you write anything that comes to mind.

🛌🏻 Better sleep: I was a workaholic in 2023, to the detriment of my sleep. This affected my overall health and I started getting physically/mentally sick, with extreme fatigue. Now that I have a better work schedule and mindset about work in general, I'm working on sleeping more and better! For example, I like to put on an essential oil diffuser before bed and play peaceful sounds.
