We now offer Superbills for massage services; meaning you may be able to get reimbursed by your insurance for your sessions!

💆‍♀️ What’s a Superbill?
It’s a detailed receipt we provide that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. It’s not a guarantee of coverage since every plan is different, but many clients with HSA/FSA or out-of-network massage benefits have had success using them.

Superbills are processed every Friday. Prefer not to go digital? We’ll have it ready for mail or in-spa pickup.

Join us the first Friday of every month from 8:00–9:00 a.m. in our relaxation room for meditation + journaling, in community.

We’re kicking things off with a FREE introductory session on Friday, September 4th, space is limited! Every session after will be $22.
Facilitated by Shelby Shepard, expect gentle seated movement, guided meditation, and journaling centered on self discovery and grounding. Whether you’re a longtime practitioner or brand new to mindfulness, this series is for you.
