You can love your child deeply, be grateful for your life, and still feel loneliness doing it all.
For me, that’s been one of the hardest parts lately.
I’m a single dad, and most of my life is split between raising my daughter, running my business, and telling myself to keep going
It probably looks like discipline from the outside, but there are days when it just feels like a lot doing everything alone.
What I’m learning is that strength isn’t ignoring the fact that it feels hard sometimes.
It’s loving your child well.
It’s showing up for your business
It’s showing up for yourself
And it’s being honest enough to admit when it all starts to weigh you down
If you’ve been carrying a lot by yourself lately, I hope this reminds you that you’re not weak.
You’re just carrying a lot.
