She’s a Frigid Floral Musk and has outlasted the rest of the Cuffin’ Seazn’s collection as the last one standing with a Trio Set. Only two of them that is. EVR Lasteen gives a perfect minty floral vibe with a musky undertone. Low key but impactful.

Game Night is Thursday Nights from 5-9PM every week except the 16th. We play fun party games like Dominos. Uno, Poetry For Neanderthals, Business Walrus, and more!
February’s Art Walk is about to be super dope! We’re doing another Jeop-Art-Y where our featured artist play a game show with the community to have fun and win prizes.
The Sexy Love Jones Soirée is a collaborative effort with , where Teya Williams comes over and coaches us through painting a picture of the Love we want on a Vision Board. This is a ladies 21+ only event.
Fitness Fridays starts 2.17 featuring a day of Yoga with and Naomi. Walk-Ins are welcomed, but in the very near future we will have a booking system online. Stay tuned for that update
The Corner is a much needed sacred space for black men to congregate and unpack generational traumas as a collective with discussions lead by James Porter at The Self Care Square Belltown.
Mahaba Mondays is where you can learn to make healthy food choices without sacrificing the taste. Kiara of Mahaba Moss is a sea moss slangin sista out here blessing your palettes with yummy healthy goodness.
Book Club is our classroom styled program where we read a life-changing book together either physically or on our virtual hub and are taken through a curriculum of how to incorporate the things we learn into our every day lives to enrich ourselves
Self Care Square turned a year in January but we were too busy planning so we’re celebrating with a party on 2.25. Be there or be square!

This Friday is and we’ve for something very special planned at The Self Care Square Belltown! Get ready for some fun and lots of laughs because we are throwing the first ever Jeop-Art-y, An Artsy Gameshow where Local Artists go head to head playing party games against one another for a chance to win one of three grand prizes and audience members get to play mini games to win prizes as well.
You can swing by The Self Care Square or tune in on IG Live from 6-9PM to meet and root for the artists and have some fun!
ArtBAE [] is a versatile multidisciplinary artist and this Artwalk she is showcasing her vibrant paintings that highlight motherhood and healing.
Edimbo Lekea [] is an “Art-thropologist” and through his work, one is able to visit how our people love their lives from cultural practices, every day life, ideas, empowerment, and Monumental Events. His goal is to rewrite history by showcasing TRUstory!
Heather Coles specializes in abstract thematic digital art that involves fictional characters
Rolando Vega [] specializes in surrealism, specifically in absurdism, and pulls inspiration from playwright Eugene Ionesco to create vivid images that create visual metaphors.
Selena Patterson [] illustrates magical realism inspired by her love of the natural sciences, the human form, history, and fantasy.
Tsumi [] is a mixed media artist that specializes in futurist surrealism in a plethora of themes

The Vision Board Session with Teya Williams of Dreamsmanifestllc was SO FULFILLING!! We had her for Kwanzaa’s Nia day of Purpose and we’re definitely going to have her back to share her with some more folks!!

For those who don’t know, Kwanzaa is an African American and pan-African holiday which celebrates Family, Community, and Culture. It was created in 1966 by Dr. Maulana Karenga, a professor of African Studies. Kwanzaa, a seven-day celebration, begins December 26th and ends January 1st. It joins communitarian values and practices of Continental African and African American Culture.
During the holiday, families and communities organize activities around the Nguni Saba (Seven Principles) and that’s what we’re doing at The Self Care Square! All are welcome here! Reflect on the year past and set yourself up with intention at Joyous Kwanzaa with us!
Every day will be a new activity focusing on the day’s principle! We’ve got keynote speakers, games, vision boards with , art, performances, and a good vibe!
Bring the kids! We have fun activities for them all seven days!
