A lot of the “perfect” hair photos floating around are actually AI… and while they can be beautiful and inspiring, they don’t always reflect what real hair looks like in real life.

AI hair tends to look flawless in an unrealistic way — perfectly even density from root to end, impossible shine that reflects like glass, and zero natural growth patterns. No flyaways. No baby hairs. No variation in strand thickness. Just ultra-perfect hair that doesn’t actually exist outside a computer.

Frequent washing can cause color to fade faster than expected. Toners are demi-permanent, meaning they are not designed to last forever. Most professional color lines estimate toners last 16–24 washes. Washing daily can significantly shorten their lifespan.

✨Products✨
Using the correct products for your hair type and lifestyle (blow drying, hot tools, air drying, etc.) helps protect both hair health and color. Color-safe, nourishing products can noticeably extend the longevity of your color.

✨Hot Tools✨
Excessive heat — especially at high temperatures — can cause color to fade prematurely. Heat can break down pigment in the hair, essentially burning the color off 🫣
Avoid daily use of hot tools and when you do use them, make sure to use proper heat protection. No heat protection is one of the fastest ways to fade color.

✨UV Protection✨
Sun exposure can lighten and fade hair color over time. Just like skin, hair is affected by UV rays and benefits from added protection — especially blondes and lightened hair.
