Wedding and event floral design based out of Seattle, WA I believe that warmth is a paramount energy in human life. Classic and elegant but also a little wild.

The way a warm person makes you feel happier, more open and comfortable, a warm room mellows you out and makes you feel cozy, or even a well chosen paint color for a wall can ease anxiety. Flowers, in my opinion are the ultimate in natural warmth, their natural beauty and grace exude a warmth that no human is immune to. Flowers have a subconscious effect on all people, pulling on an inner string t

Finally time to give this baby a moment on the feed! I love working at Olympic Sculpture Park! Bringing some color into a huge bright white room is sooo satisfying! Also very exciting to finally get my florals in front of OG ‘s lens, she is such a great photographer! This was for an open house with and was a true labor of love from so many amazing vendors! .seattle

The flower studio. It’s not big, or pretty, or ever even clean and tidy, but the amount of beauty we churn out of there is truly amazing. It’s crooked and drafty but it has my whole heart. Framed by and , with the old windows from Pyramid and the fridge from that is in there for life because it’s bigger than both doors, the rest cobbled together by yours truly in my usual precarious position too high on ladders with a nail gun in my hand. I’ve come to realize that most studio florists, especially some of the top ones I admire the most, are all working out of funky spaces like mine, and I think that’s how it should be. It’s not a glamorous or beautiful job to create glamour and beauty like we do. Big thanks to for capturing us in our space so nicely ❤️

I remember in the early years of being a florist I dreamed of the days I would get featured on . Last month we had two featured weddings with them! The funny thing about owning a small business if that you always feel like you’re doing it wrong and failing. Sometimes you just need to put yourself back in the shoes of yourself a few years past to remember that you’re a badass.

Soft and lovely ceremony setup for Grace and Chris last year. I loved this arch 💕 At the Admirals house, the bridal prep room looks over the ceremony space and it always makes me a little nervous to do an arch on full display because I come in like an adhd bat out of hell with a bucket of soup cans I wire to the arch like a crazy hoarder, I then make an insane flower mess, often walking away from it for chunks of time to direct my team in other areas, and then suddenly, it’s all done. But I imagine it’s quite a show 😂 The amazing was planning on this one, with shooting, and on rentals, at my home away from home in 2022

Nothing better than meeting a new (to me) photographer and she absolutely nails the flower colors 💕 Bravo it was a joy to get to work with you!
was the mastermind behind the planning of course

Alright all you white flower peeps, here is the deal: like everything in the world right now, there are big hiccups in the flower sourcing world. We are all having to get creative with flower substitutions as huge swaths of orders aren’t making it in, or are bad quality. ESPECIALLY white flowers, they do double duty as the funeral flower and wedding flower of choice so they are in insane short supply right now. This is making our little florists hearts even more stressed during this bonkers year as we run around trying to find every white stem in town. And honestly, if you want to know the truth of it, yeah, white is classic and timeless and elegant, but color can be that too. I guarantee, put it on my first born (she’s real cute) that if you give your florist carte blanche with some color, it’s going to be so much more original and nuanced and stunning than all white. So let’s change the game, tell us adjectives other than color for what your looking for in your florals, and let us do the rest. I promise, your guests will be awed by your florals, your photos will look better, and your chance of getting published/Pinterest viral will go up. Plus, you’re florist will be so so happy.

Operation clean the whole house because I haven’t been home for a whole day in what feels like a month. Ophelia is soaking up naps that aren’t in her car seat or a flower box, poor kid hasn’t had a good sleep in weeks.

grows the absolute best roses, hands down. Thanks for sourcing the best of the best 😍
