Brow lamination

I always finish with a leave-on keratin mask to help hydrate and keep the hair healthy and shiny. We don’t want those precious brow hairs to dry and break!

I also recommend our brow oil to take home and apply nightly. It helps establish healthy hydration and encourages hair growth. No chemicals or hormones, just organic oils.

Hey everyone! Welcome to my new blog account. After a lifetime of feeling less strong than I know myself to be, I’ve decided that I’m important enough to make myself into the brick sh*****se I always knew I could be.

My goal is to have a sculpted, limber physique by age 50, and I’ll be turning 49 this July. No pressure!

After sustaining serious injuries in an accident 7 years ago, (halting the progress I’d made up til then) and spending the past year recovering from 2 surgeries (right shoulder, right hip) I’m hell bent on strengthening myself so that I don’t become frail in my old age.

I’ll be joined by my kick ass friend as we document our path to becoming our strongest selves.

We recently completed a 6 week strength program, and after this “rest” week we’ll be embarking on a 10 week program.

I hope you’ll follow along, (and maybe even join us!) as we post all kinds of s**t we care about, our ridiculous text exchanges, things that p**s us off, and of course, our workout progress.
You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll cheer (we hope) and maybe, just maybe, we’ll inspire you along the way.

First time waxing EVER for this gorgeous lady! I used brow soap to give them some lift and fullness, and she came in with a month of grow out so we could get them really perfect and detailed.
