We’ve been trying out funky styles at Good Hair Salon as of late!

The first two slides display a fro hawk, framed by intricately carved cornrows. This was done for our lovely client who entrusted us with the task of doing her wedding hair style. Please share a congratulations to the bride! 👰🏾‍♀️

Next two slides show star braids for our shining star of a client! This was her take on vacation cornrows! 🤩

Next two features… well… I’m not sure what to call these, any ideas? I just know our client comes in and allows us to use his hair as a canvas, and we make sure not to disappoint! 🫡

Last (but obviously not least!) is another iteration of a Mohawk-esque concept. Lochawk? Our client wears these loc petals so beautifully! Pls admire with me! 😍

Ela here at Good Hair salon started these gorgeous scallop loc’s on our client the other day.

Her client discussed with Ela during her consultation that she was looking for a more natural set of locs, so we avoided a traditional boxy grid. She also mentioned wanting more coverage and less scalp showing, this was the result of their collaboration. Needless to say, our client was satisfied and excited to embark her loc journey, and her stylist says this was one of her favorite locs she’s gotten to start!

Our first client requested a Fulani and boho combination, and our second client brought in a combination of chocolate brown and blonde for the added curly pieces 😍😍

Box Braids Boot Camp has been in session here at Good Hair Salon! 💇🏾‍♀️🫡

First two slides features small box braids done without including any added braiding hair. This is a protective style that our lovely client keeps in for about 2 months, wearing many different styles due to its versatility.

Second two slides is a simple, largely sized knotless box braids. To add some flare we curled the ends and did a peekaboo like concept with the colors.

Last two slides, I mean, how often do you see waist length, triangle parted, silver knotless box braids?? Our clients are always finding ways to enhance their protective styles.
