Today’s movement of the day:
Go for a walk. We don’t always need to punish our bodies and if you sit all day, then this is especially for you. Just go for a walk. It is great for your body.
Movement of the day:
A four minute High-Intensity-Interval-Training (HIIT) workout with either one or any combination of the following exercises;
-burpees
-mountain climbers
-high knees (run in place with high knees)
-tuck jumps (vertical jump bringing both knees up)
A HIIT session consists of a 2:1 work to rest ratio. For example 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. The work must be MAXIMUM effort for the session to be effective. No slacking! You will only cheat yourself out of an effective workout and waste your time. Get that heart rate up!
HIIT training has been proven to be the most effective fat burner as well as the most effective way to raise your lactic threshold. This improves your anaerobic cardiovascular performance, thereby simultaneously improving your aerobic performance as well. This means you will improve cardiovascular performance more effectively, burn fat and lose weight faster! All this in a fraction of the time of a conventional cardio workout! Now get to it!

I believe his time was 9.58. It wasn't on the video so I had to look for it in wikipedia.
