From beginning, to end…after 5 weeks of fermentation, my final canning project is complete. 22 lbs of cabbage to 14 pints of sauerkraut. Was my first time making, and I think it turned out pretty great.

Recently, Governor Inslee reviewed the 4 Phases of Re-Opening Businesses in WA State. Salons, spas and barber shops are currently placed in PHASE 2. Added sanitation protocol will be elevated to keep us all safe. This virus can spread through asymptomatic carriers and it is important to behave as if all are carrying the virus. I anticipate enhanced measures for social distancing inside of businesses.
Governor Inslee stated in his most recent press conference on Tues, May 12 2020 that:
WA state PHASE 2 HAS "NO GUARANTEE" of START DATE.
June 1 is a "HOPEFUL DATE" but "NOTHING IS SET IN STONE"
"VIRUS DETERMINES" when businesses re-open
I want to work safely with you. I am anxious to re-open, and will be following all guidelines. AS SOON as I know the date I am permitted to see clients again- I will share with you so we can book your appointment. When I know the confirmed required protocol - I will also share with you as we need to work as a team to make it happen!
