Your time matters. So does mine.
Have you ever noticed that many businesses require a credit card to reserve your spot?
Think about it…
If you reserve a table at a fine dining restaurant and don’t show up, many restaurants will charge a no-show fee.
If you book a flight and miss it because of a personal emergency, the airline doesn’t refund a non-refundable ticket.
If you cancel a last-minute hair appointment, many salons still charge the cancellation fee.
Why?
Because your reservation prevented someone else from booking that time.
As a small business owner, appointment times are reserved exclusively for one client. When a cancellation happens at the last minute, that time usually cannot be filled, even if the reason is completely understandable.
Life happens. Emergencies happen. We’ve all been there.
But cancellation policies aren’t meant to punish anyone—they simply help small businesses stay sustainable while treating every client fairly and consistently.

Không có cô giáo nào có thể học thay bạn.
Không có người thầy nào có thể luyện tay nghề thay bạn.
Người thầy có thể dành thời gian hướng dẫn, sửa từng lỗi nhỏ, tạo điều kiện để bạn thực hành và chia sẻ tất cả những kinh nghiệm tích lũy sau nhiều năm trong nghề.
Nhưng nếu bạn không sắp xếp thời gian để học đều đặn, không luyện tập thường xuyên và không giữ đúng cam kết ban đầu, thì quá trình học sẽ kéo dài, tay nghề tiến bộ chậm và cơ hội cũng sẽ trôi qua.
Mỗi người đều có công việc, gia đình và những việc phát sinh trong cuộc sống. Điều đó ai cũng hiểu.
