Happy Chinese New Year! Now we begin Spring and the Year of the Ox. Spring is a time of regrowth and recommitment. Ox teaches us the benefits of slow and steady practice and paying attention to fundamentals.

Come practice Spring Qigong - special meditations, movements and breathing exercises to rekindle our banked fire from the winter and carefully feed it with qi nourishment to grow our source of energy and joy to last the year!

Jean Clough has studied with 2 different lineages, training in person with the Chinese Grandmasters of both schools for 20 years.
