Back for more?
Here are the last (and favorite!!) stretches Mercedes recommends for climbers looking to stay mobile, recover well, and keep progressing.
Itâs not just about training hard, itâs about injury prevention and taking care of the body as that keeps you moving.
Are you adding this to your routine?

Climbing đ¤ Yoga
Weâre teaming up with for a special class that blends climbing and yoga into one evening.
Expect movement, coaching, and a chance to try something a little different (whether youâre a climber, a yogi, or somewhere in between).
Climbing builds strength and coordination. Yoga helps build mobility, balance, and recovery. They complement each other better than most people realize, and this class is a fun way to experience both.

Movement with Mercedes: Wrist Stretches for Climbers (part 1)
Climbing asks a lot from your shoulders, hips, ankles, HANDS, and WRISTS. But most of us spend way more time climbing than preparing our bodies for the work đ
Mercedes is breaking down 6 simple stretches she recommends adding to your daily warm-up routine to help you move better on the wall and get more out of your session.
đsave this before your next session and come back next week for part two đ¤
Whatâs one area that feels tight after climbing?
The best workout isn't always the hardest one.
It's the one you actually look forward to showing up for.
Stop thinking about planning. Don't keep wandering around the gym wondering what to do next. Just show up, train with a coach, and leave feeling better than when you walked in.
If you've been looking for a workout that keeps you coming back, this might be your sign.
Tag the friend who's always saying, "We should try something new." đ

Every business says they're different, but we'd rather let the people who train here do the talking.
IMPORTANT: These AREN'T scripted and they're NOT influencer testimonials. These are real reviews from real people who walked through our doors, tried a class, and shared what surprised them most.
Whether you're brand new to climbing, looking for a workout that actually keeps you coming back, or trying to get stronger for the climbs you care about, hearing from people who've been in your shoes says a lot more than we ever could.

THIS WEEK ON: âI was only planning to stay for an hourâ đ
@ is going to be spinning this weekâs session on Saturday, June 20th. Stop by on Saturday to work on your Summer fitness goals so you can summermaxx more efficiently.
Also, why not come by and work out at a gym when its 10x cooler than usual? (And not just because we have A/C)
So far, these sessions havenât been overly crowded and there hasnât been any trouble getting your desired equipment or boards. Now is the time â°.
đ
Pssttt, you can literally get in for free if youâve never done an intro class before. Come to the Sat night DJ sessions, then go to your first intro within 2 weeks and we will refund your day pass amount. Itâs basically 2 free climbing sessions.
For our members, check your 4x memberships...they come with two free open gyms a month and DJ nights are included!
Climbing isnât always about getting stronger.
Sometimes itâs about using the strength you already have more effectively.
Mercedes breaks down a simple flagging drill that can help improve balance, body positioning, and movement on the wall.
Try it at your next session and see what changes. đŞ
