Definitely going to give this a go! I am not a fan of toothpaste and usually just do my own easy one ingredient homemade ones(dipping in bentonite clay or else hydrogen peroxide and water). This one sounds fun and interesting.

now that were in the middle of the holidays, it's easy to give in to all the goodies we normally wouldn't eat. it's great to focus on one simple change you can do through out the week to help stay healthy and on track. for me this is drinking extra water and making sure I am getting enough sleep. what will you do?
below is a tasty warm salad bowl I like to eat in collard wraps: mixed greens, roasted butternut squash, curried chick peas (curried lentils is another great option. and I used a simple blend of turmeric, cumin, unrefined sea salt and black pepper),and some cilantro.wrap it up in some collard greens for some extra veggies because we can never have too much!
With the holidays upon us these next couple months I know fitness and health can get pushed aside because of the busyness and parties going on. After having the privilege of taking a morning run this morning I realized how easy it is to become disconnected with ourselves. We get so caught up in pleasing everyone else that until our own needs become pressing we write them off to handle at a later date.
If you find yourself doing this, I urge you to find an activity where you are able to connect with yourself. It doesn't have to be anything crazy or make you feel weird, just take notice of when are you most aware of your personal needs. Take this time to be present and listen to what you need. Activities that I enjoy where I can connect with myself are walking, running, yoga, cooking, early mornings when I have my devotions and quiet time. Whatever your time is I encourage you to be still and listen, because it's God's way of getting your attention and letting you know that there's changes to be made. In order to see change we have to be willing to put the actions behind our thoughts and plans. I challenge you to think about where you need to make changes and then MAKE THEM.
