It’s rainy, foggy and cold out in the PNW. With all of that humidity, my clients are complaining about how dry their lips are.
The cold temperature is what’s keeping the water v***rs in the air low. If you raise the temperature just a little bit, the warmer air allows more water v***r.
That, coupled with warm and dry indoor heat is a recipe for dry lips and skin.

So, what do you do about it?

*Use a lip balm that includes jojoba oils, avocado oils, sunflower oils, and shea butter.
*Avoid licking your lips. Salty snacks can make that worse.

My favorite lip balm is Glymedplus Hydrating lip balm. It has all of the ingredients above and has a sweet minty flavor.
