As I have my morning green tea with echinacea, this is a little reminder that my perspective on beauty is credibly valid. Nature speaks in many levels. What we feel, think, do to and on the insides of our bodies amplifies what we are doing on the surface.

A facial is a family of skin care steps for the face, neck, and décolleté performed in a spa treatment. As a licensed esthetician of over 10 years, I find the benefits of each treatment step to be innumerable. Everyone has their own thoughtfully designed skin structure compilation. What I have found to be the best way to maintain healthy skin, is to know YOUR skin, practice consistent treatment at home, seek professional advice from a spa and/or dermatology office at least twice a year, and have one highly effective power product in the daily regime on a particular area of focus in skin health. This product can rotate as the focus shifts. And, of course, cleanse! If you wear makeup, and even if you don’t, double cleanse is highly recommended. Without proper cleansing, the pores remain clogged, and products applied after cleansing are less effective. Most importantly, be kind to yourself, have kind feelings, and think kind thoughts while practicing self care.

How to use: after cleansing and exfoliating, massage a nickel size amount to create a thin layer onto the skin, leave on 10-15 minutes, depending on sensitivity, then remove and apply serum, moisturizer, and eye cream. Your skin is to be noticeably tighter, hydrated, and toned, as this product is quite reparative.
