In this class, we will explore how seasonal spring herbs and wellness practices can support the lymphatic and circulatory systems, helping us to shake off wintertime sluggishness and encourage vitality, renewal, and wellbeing. You’ll also receive a hands-on demonstration for creating your own body care products that are easy to incorporate into your routine, bringing new growth, care, and wellness to everyday life.

I have been very involved in providing support for Palestinians in the form of donations from my Prayers for Peace collection, direct financial aid for struggling families who I have grown incredibly close to over the past 2.5 years, and constant advocacy, even when there was personal backlash and threats made against me and my business for doing so. I will always stand up for what is right and this is a cause that I feel very strongly about.

I am working directly with the Center’s founder, Dr Abdullah, and have started a campaign for the Al Amal Educational Center and Nursery, an amazing non-profit organization that has been working for years to embrace orphans, poor, and needy children, giving them the chance to learn despite harsh circumstances.  They are located in Northern Gaza, in one of the areas that has been almost completely destroyed and conditions are unimaginable.

The Al Amal Educational Center has been destroyed not once, but twice, in this devastating war. Thankfully they have been able to rebuild and now are seeking help with:

-Safe classroom seats  
- Books and stationery  
- Full coverage of tuition fees  
- Special activities to honor and encourage outstanding students  
- Additional support for needy children (clothing, food, and social assistance)  

100% of your donations will go to assist children who desperately need our help. I hope you will consider donating, even if it’s only $10, although I understand that times are hard for everyone.
