Healthy H A I R T I P S :
1. Wash your hair Thursdays and Sundays
2. Brush your hair before you shower to avoid extra tangles
3. Shampoo and massage your scalp and not the ends
4. Shower and full blow dry your hair before bed! When you sleep on fully blow dried hair you wake up with volume!!
5. NEVER sleep with wet hair
6. Try to not use dry shampoo (😬)
7. Use a leave in treatment post shower on damp hair and brush
8. When brushing your hair start at the ends and slowly work your way up to the roots to avoid breakage
9. Sleep, Diet, Stress Management all play a role in healthy hair!
10. Use a hair oil on your ends !!💖
