Nothing to see here just more videos of me to ordering my students LOL and it's not really sure it's just making them more athletic as I prepared them for the days lessons.

Couldn't tag everyone, but I wanted to show love to everybody who attended and supported us at the Asian and Pacific islander heritage months celebration at the Vancouver Mall. These are just some of the images that were taken during the performances before and after. Videos will be upcoming as I sift through all of them that have been sent to me. But we all had a great time and it was so great getting to meet some of the martial arts Masters that are from that area. I love the martial arts can bring communities together.

A brief snippet of a moment today at the Asian and Pacific islander celebration that the Vancouver Mall at the end of our demonstration, had her students perform, and the first one had a bit of nerves. And you got a little excited and scared and thought he couldn't perform. And that's when Sifu stepped up to help him and give him that love and encouragement he needed to finish strong. What a beautiful display of caring and understanding and the martial arts community. More videos from the day to come.

Don't know why I actually made this video LOL but it is nice to see a new design on an old product with this stretch machine. I guess I'm always training something. Anywho, what are you guys do when you're bored?
